Rahul Dravid is known for his amazing consistency, the way he brings the best out of him match after match. Its so hard to point to just a single knock!
If I have to pick few of those, then here’s my list-
1) Twin knocks in Adelaide test match, where he followed a brilliant double ton with a match winning 70, might stand at the top. That knock played a vital part in India winning a test match down under after such a long time.
2) His fighting innings of 190 against the kiwis in conditions conducive for seam movement (Ah! I didn’t get a chance to see that match)
3) According to most experts & Dravid himself his 270 against Pakistan is also up there!
4) The kolkata test match, double ton against England…the list goes on!

ODIs- he played finisher’s role to perfection in the last two years or so. Some memorable knocks-recent 100 against Windies, quick fire of 84* against Sri Lanka, half century against Pakistan in ’03 WC ……
*Most of his knocks were overshadowed by heroic exploits of a quick-scoring partner in the other end. But in most of those instances his knocks were either as crucial or even more than that of his partner’s!!

Dravid's 233 in the test against Australia when ricky ponting led his team total to 555 hitting 257. India eventually won the test due to dravid, agarkar, and laxman.

Dravid's 153 in the ODI against New Zealand in 1999, partnering sachin in a record 331 run partnership. dravid hit two sixes!!! i thought he never does hit.

I think the best test knock by Dravid shold be his 180 runs in Kolkata test against Australia. It was one of the best and heloed the team's cause.I know hw has 4 double centuries to his credit also, but this 180 was special.
In one-days,the knock which yield most runs s the best.So I guess, his 156 against New Zealand should be counted as his best knock.
