I think the right time to go all the way with your girl is when you know EVERYTHING about her. If you know where she was born to the point that she not hiding any secrets from you is the best time to do that. That way you know you don't have to be concerned about anything and comfortable about everything at the same time.

Since you are the male (man), please allow me to explain it like this:
If you are 20 years old and younger it is NOT the right time.
If you do not have a BS degree it is NOT the right time.
If you do not have a job it is NOT the right time.
When you go all the way with her you are sleeping with every person she has slept with. Are you ready for this? I don't know how old you are, but I do know that you do not get the fullness of sex until you are at least 35 years old. Yes, younger adults have children but do they understand the fullness. I don't think so! Some may lie and say they do, but when they turn 35 they will confess. Once I did a survey on sexual intercouse with the younger generation - out of the 10 young age adults I talked to 9 young age adults admitted they did not know what they were doing. Some said it felt good, some said it hurt a little bit. Some have tried all different types of positions (actually get nasty with it). Guess what, they still don't know what they were doing! When you are older you are wiser and you are gentler. Sex is suppose to be enjoyed... It is an ART! Books, movies, friends, and an entourage of girls will not help; this type of wisdom comes with age.
Actually, you don't even need a girlfriend, what you need is a friend. If you have a nice friend it is okay to get emotional, but remember the consequences. Oftentimes, male (men) fail to realize that they too are respected and honor when they can remain virgins or celibate
It is nothing a girl, female (woman) likes better than to hear a man say that he LOVES her too much to disrespect her by sleeping with her before marriage. (Did you know this?)
If you don't know if it is time::: THEN IT IS CERTAINLY NOT THE RIGHT TIME.

When you are ready to get married, or be a parent for possible baby. When you cross that line physically, it truly messes with your mind and emotions. Don't have sex, unless you are ready for the alter....and 50+ years of marriage!

When you are READY....Really, if you know what might happen other then "good times." The both of you need to be responsible about it, and then when the time is right you'll know.
