You are 17 and your sister is 13. Almost everyday you play baby toys with her. You play with her not because you want to but because she told you to, cries if you don't, you don't want her to get upset. The problem is that she doesn't understand that you don't like her games and that they are too old for you. Your parents scolded at you everynight & say "you are too old to play baby games with your sister. You should act mature & do things that people your age do. If she plays, it doesn't mean you have to." Your parents don't know that you play not because you are immature but because she told you to & want her to be happy. You don't want to say that because you don't want them to scold at your sister. You expect her to stand up & tell them the truth. But she wouldn't. You are very nice to her but she doesn't understand. She never stand up for you and you always stand up for her. It is unfair. It seems that older sisters always stand up for younger sisters but younger sisters don't.

Maybe you should want to play with her and then maybe she would stick up for you in the future. Don't act like it is a chore(even though you feel it is) i know because i have a little sister when i was 17 she was14 and wanted me to do everything with her and wanted to follow me around every where. so i did and i let her. And she took up for me so many times when we were young. and she is still taking up for me today. If you play with her now she will always be there for you in the future. Me and my sister are the best of friends, and i Cherish that. even if she did get on my nerves as a child.

My little sister is going to be a lot taller than me. Our difference is 6 years and she's already past me. She even looks older than me (though she ways a layer of makeup and dresses sadly like most modern 13 year olds) Though I was born premature and take after my mom, while she takes after my dad.

ok i know what u r talking about... but i'm the younger sister used to always stand up for my big sis.... i would stand up for her so much... but she would never have my back... i love her but it is very upsetting... but that's just who i am if i care about u i will ALWAYS have ur back....
oh and for ur parents... u sould tell them i don't like to play these silly games but i like to make my sister happy and i know she like me to play w/ her.... and also tell them they need to be proud of u that u are a good girl... if they want u to be like the rest of the teens... tell them oh u want me to be on pot and drinking and be pregnant w/ a kid.... well i hope everything works out 4 u... =D

that's what little sister do....be happy...they like playing and they think playing makes everyone happy...that's a childish thought...but eveyone has experienced that...we also asked our brothers/sisters to play with us then if they do not want to...we cry...we just want to make each other happy...she's still young...and she will know that when she grows up...in the age of 13...she is growing up...i bet you will miss the happy moments with her..when the time came....

older sister stnad up for their younger ones becuase they are more mature and usually know what is right nd wrong and many of times are more confident than younger sisters.

It is b/c you are more mature than she is. She simply does not want to get in trouble and she knows that you will not tell to her get into trouble. As long as you do not tell, she will continue to do it.

because the older have to pretect the younger as an instinct. the younger don't have that instinct that the older do
