It worked on IM before the new download - just refused to allow talk from computer to 'phone and told me that my microphone was being used by Yahoo Computer to Computer ( I wasn't using that facility!! ) Can anyone help? PLEASE

Check that your computer has not imported foreign item during downloading and secondly, check the phone connection properly

I think they are just having some problems right now, a lot of people posting for the same issues now....I installed the new one and reinstalled the old one and I still cannot sign in....so, they ya have it....we just have to wait on them to fix this....
