Go to your email options/settings: point to the following servers
* IMAP: imap.next.mail.yahoo.com (incoming)
* SMTP: smtp.next.mail.yahoo.com (outgoing)
* You will need to enter your Yahoo! ID and password to sign into Yahoo!

Unless you are using Yahoo Plus, rather than the free Yahoo Mail, you can not access it through Outlook Express. The free e-mail does not have POP3 access activated. Yahoo has to make money somehow, and they get it by making you come to their site (and see their ads) in order to get your e-mail. There are a couple of free downloads that are suppose to give you that access, but I have not had much success with them.
