Ensure you have a chair with proper back support and height adjustment. Adjust your computer so that it is at the correct height for your line of vision. Also adjust the angle of the VDU screen to minimise the effects on your neck.
Take an hot bath followed by a neck massage with peppermint oil

Try applying heat to your neck. You can use a heating pad or if your on the go and need to keep moving get yourself some of those Therma Care heating pads. They stick right to your skin.

Yes. I think if we move our computers to the ceiling and sit upside down, then our necks will re-adjust and we will have a crick in the other side of our necks, balancing the first one. If it works, I'll let you know! :O)

Firstly, if you've been on here that long, you probably need to get a job or something...
But, try isolating your neck-bending it forwards, backwards, side to side, and rolling it gently. Then try swinging your arms gently, like you're warming up for a game of tennis or something similar.

have a nice bath with some nice bath stuff. l know the feeling l get a stiff shoulder and right arm. allways keep nice bath stuff in for this.
