First thing you need to do is to learn to spell correctly! Otherwise, you will fail miserably!

If you have Photshop software on your pc its easy to create a greeting card.
All you will need is the right image and then go ahead and fine tune it to your requirements using photshop image editing tools ,add the text and pronto your card is ready.
Incase you have creative talent in you then just use the tool available in photoshop to create whatever you need and add the relevant text and your very own designer card is ready.

I have a software I bought at BestBuy. It works great, but U also can use free e-card from the Internet, but I love my own words and design. Don't worry about spelling, there all have spell check...

depends what program on the pc you plan to use. are you a graphic designer??

use "freehand' or "illustrator" .they are good programs for
designing any cards u want.

do you have microsoft publisher?? that program can help you make cards!!
