Is there anything firm in your penis when flacid?

Does anyone know if there is anything firm in penis when flacid. I know no bones or cartliage are in penis. I can feel firm tissue or something that runs all the way up the penis shaft in the middle. No pain or lumps, more like quarter inch wide and the lenght of penis shaft on top, what is this. It seems to start right at base.

Yes this can happen.

When the penis becomes erect the spongy tissues fill with blood.

After an erection some of the spongy tissues may still contain blood and feel hard.

It is essential that you massage your penis to ensure that your bood vessels are blockage free.

This usually happens during puberty whilst the penis is developing most quickly.
