ok my grandma told me somtimes girls get a false period and i had that i think cause i only had it for a day?

i only had my period for a day and it wasnt bad at all just a little bit but im woried im pregnent i mean i dont know what to do i dont think i am but there are some things that make me feel diffrent avout that.
could i be pregnent?

have you taken your clothes off with a boy and let him "in" you??this is actual intercourse.(not kust kissing and holding hand and not just touching)
if you have then definetly go to dr and get the pregnancy test done.

it is natural to have it only 1 day, when your periods first start up

my daughter was 9yr when she got her first, they were all mild: hardly any cramps, little bleeding until she became 16yr, now all these syptoms are really bad for her and she bleeds very heavily.

so as you get older your periods will become different. so at least keep track of when you start and how long they last and how heavy you bleed.
your periods should be 28days apart---from the first(1) day you start count to 28 on calendar and thats when the next one should be, at least once a month.

Have you had unprotected sex, about 9-12 days before you had this "false period"? If so, it could be an implantation bleed. That is where the fertilised egg buries itself into the uterine wall and can sometimes cause a little bleed. This can be mistaken for a period but is usually very light, more like spotting.

I think that if you're really worried about being pregnant, you should do a test. If it comes out negative but your period doesn't come for another week (a week after it's due), do another test. If you're still worried, go and see your doctor. Good luck.

Well, have you had sexual intercourse? If you have not, your not pregnant. Girls can get cuts in they're body that make it look like they have their period, but they don't. And if you haven't had your period before, I don't think your pregnant.

Are you throwing up, always hungry if so you are pregnant. But you should really see a doctor. Your probably just spotting.
