we have been together for 13 years,
i used to have my hair lighter, but it was a pain to keep up with.maybe he's bored with my looks...
not gwen stefani blond, more like a jessica alba/beyonce (honey) what do you think?
should i do it to make him happy?
does this fall under the "LIVEN THINGS UP CATERGORY"?
i don't really mind, and it's nothing major like a boob job or something,it's just a hassle to keep up with...and i would be doing it for him,not myself, marriage is compromising sometimes...so,do i do it?

is he willing to change something in return, you said you've been married for 13 years, has he developed that guy gut that many men do after a couple of years? if he has, tell him that for every few pounds he loses, you'll get closer to changing your hair style and color...whats good for the goose is good for the gander. or something like that!

girl you are beautiful you shouldn't change yourself at all if you feel that you need to or want to change to liven things up make a compromise try highlights or even lolights maybe some caramel, honey colored ones not too many that they are high maintenance but enough that hubby and you are satisfied. worse case scenario get a wig that you can wear for those kinky dress up times that he wants a blonde.

It does not fall into liven things up. It does fall into "no problem dear, as long as you're ok with paying the X amount it takes every month in the hairdressers - I'll put the time in at the hairdressers. Perhaps collar & cuffs would fall into the liven things up catagory?

First off you dont need the boob job. You look good and look like you have a rockin body. You husband is a lucky man. As far as the blond hair, I would just keep your hair the way it is. Keep the dark hair...

I can't really say what YOU should do, but I will tell u that I personally would not! My husband being tired of my looks would upset me. I would question whether or not there was someone in particular he'd want to be reminded of when looking @ me. Maybe it's crazy to think like that, but that's my personal opinion.

I think your hair is gorgeous!!! Don't change it!! If you want to add anything just get caramel higlights. But i think your hair is perfect just the way it is. Dying it only damages it. Blond will make you look fake!

Go for it and see if he likes it when you do this or not. Also ask him if you want him to change something about himself for you and see if he is open to compromise. I would do it because over time the color will fade anyways!

Honey you are a beautiful lady and look absolutely great to me. I do not think you would look good as a blond but as a redhead you would be to die for.

You should do this only if he is willing to dye his hair bright purple. Tell him he needs to add to the ante too, everybody has to give something when compromising.
