I've seen quite a few guys with moles that have hair growing out of them (sometime one, sometimes quite a few). Is there a particular reason why they don't trim/cut these off that I'm not aware of?
It looks kinda gross.

Since I know none of you I will tell you my story. I had this "Cindy Crawford" mole on my face. I went to a plastic surgeon when I was 15 or 16 and he told me it was "too pretty" to remove. He said I would regret it. But it grew 1 hair out of it. I would tweeze it EVERYDAY!!!!! It grew like crazy. I decided to have it taken off my face when I was 19. When the surgeon took in off, it said he couldn't believe the hair root I had in it. It was a daily chore and men aren't up for anything time consuming.

haven't you people ever heard that if you cut it like 2 or 3 more grow in place of that one. think about it would you rather deal with 5 hairs coming out the mole or like 25. you ought to be glad that they don't cut or trim it.

old wives tale that if you pull or cut it will cause cancer! sigh...
my thing is when you see a fairly attractive person but they have those really long WILD hairs growing out of the eyebrows and don't trim them. What is up with that? Don't even get me started on nose hair! LOL!

probably grows fast and they get tired of trimming it and they get used to it after a while and don't find it as ugly as you do

It grows too quickly ... too tedious to keep it trimmed at all times.

cos they dun have long hair like girls to twiddle when they wanna act coy/cute/indecisive...so they keep the mole hair long enough to twirl it round their pinkies while trying to look attractive (coy/shy/demure...wahahah)....oh gross!
