yahoo messenger is allowing me to sign on id is correct and p/word is corect what should i do

Yahoo! Stated that there is an internal system server error which is periodically occuring. This occured from last night actually. I was able to check my mail this morning, but that was after logging in 5 times. One trick you can try is to log into Yahoo! Mail Canada, UK/Ireland, or India (or somewhere that speaks english) to access mail - since they use a networked but seperate server. Let us know if you are having luck. For messenger, give it couple more minutes, or log into Web Messenger @ http://messenger.yahoo.com/.

Open your browser, click the Y on your yahoo tool bar if you don't have one then google yahoo.com. when you get to yahoo home page, click the mail icon and sign in. Should work for you

i am unable to sign into my messenger also--so frustrating-any one know when it will be up and running again!!

Try to bypass it, www.mail.yahoo.com, it worked for me.
