I love the smell and taste of the air when the thunder storm and raining real hard.
I love the sound of the rain hitting the house and the ground
I love to sit under the porch roof and some times close my eyes and just take in all the feelings my senses are sending me, like i said the smell, the tastes the feelings on my body the sounds you can hear and feel when the thunder comes close enough to make the ground move...and of course your heart, your heart beings to beat much harder and faster when the storm comes closer..and if you can sit with your eyes closed, you have a much greater sensation and your senses go off the chart.....you can feel your heart and then you can hear your heart in between the booms of the thunder,
I just love it...
and at night it is even much more of a visual sensation...
and if your lucky enough to be sitting and hugging someone, this is even better for the two of you.....
good luck
smile
have fun
and
God Bless

I love them.. Specially when I'm in bed sleeping, or awake with a heavy blanket and some hot chocolate and a book.. I feel great.. I'm warm and relaxed while it's raining cats and dogs.. Last time it rained cats and dogs here I took a beautiful one for a pet. What's a Rec room? recombination?

I like the sound of the rain. And the thunder too, as long as it doesn't get really severe. I also like the smell of the air after a thunderstorm.

We went into a camp to inoculate some children. We'd left the camp after we had inoculated the children for polio, and this old man came running after us and he was crying, he couldn't see. We went back there and they had come and hacked off every inoculated arm. There they were in a pile, a pile of little arms.
These were not monsters, these were men, trained cadres, these men who fought with their hearts, who have families, who have children, who were filled with love. But they had the strength, the strength to do that. If I had ten divisions of those men, then our troubles here would be over very quickly. You have to have men who are moral and at the same time who are able to utilize their primordial instincts to kill without feeling, without passion, without judgment--without judgment--because it's judgment that defeats us.

I don't love the lightning that comes with thunderstorms (although it is sometimes pretty, it can be deadly), but I do love to listen to the rain.

On warm days a thunderstorm is very refreshing. Unfortunately, the cat doesn't like it as well.

I love em. In NH, my wife and I would sit out on the porch and watch em go buy. It was always fun to watch the cats panic every time they heard a thunder clap!
