The best way i know is with Too Faced Lip Injection - it's a lip gloss made by the same people as Benefit products. It really does work!!

Fantasizing about fuller, plumper lips? Dream no more - just get injected! Too Faced's LIP INJECTION lip plumping potion, a crystal-clear liquid lip volumizer that plumps up lips for results that last a minimum of 4 hours. LIP INJECTION contains a natural Vitamin E derivative that allows for increased circulation to the lip area creating phenomenal lip-plumping action and increased lip volume. Just apply a thin coat of this liquid lip treatment on lips with the applicator brush. A light tingling sensation may be experienced when LIP INJECTION is applied that can last up to 5 minutes. Afterwards, lips look up to 20% fuller, plumper and juicier! Lip color or gloss can also be applied under or over Lip Injection for a more intensly vibrant look.

Injections? How fake. Why don't you try lip liner. If you use it the right way you could create an illusion of plumper lips and for a cheaper price. That or you could always buy the lip glosses that most retailers are selling more often for women who want fuller lips. But to be honest, don't do the injections. If your lip is uneven, not only will you be humilated but people will laugh. Haha. So learn to except the fact that you have small lips or do something less rational.

Plumping lipglosses work wonders these days, and the Collection 2000 ones are fairly cheap, yet effective. Put an extra dab in the centre of your bottom lip for the illusion of added fullness. And make sure you get the gloss in a light colour, these also give the illusion of a plumper pout.

There is a brilliant shop in Paris called Sephora( I dont know if its in the UK also) that does a product called Lip Injection, its just a lip gloss but it makes your lips tingle and plump up. Its quite a weird sensation but it really does work I think it was about £20.

Tips for Plumper Lips!
When cleansing your face exfoliate your lips to remove any lose or dead skin.
Apply your normal routine for your make up and dust your lips with a light powder.
Line your lips with a natural colour lip-liner and apply your lippy or gloss (Body Shops, Born Lippy selection is great). Blot your lips and with a light colour, line the top outer edge of your lips and blend.
Underneath your lip in the dip of your chin only (centre) outer edge again use a shade that is slightly darker and blend in. Re apply some more gloss if needed.
This will give you a natural 'pout' and make your mouth fuller.
Please note that this only works best with natural colours not reds or pinks that are solid colours.

THIS WORKS!!...ive tried it and many ppl i know have too...get some kind of very strong menthol based balm, like vicks vapour rub, but the strongest you can find. Smother it on your lips and watch them puff up and go pinkish...it lasts too...and i don't think it could be bad for you because ur supposed to put on skin anyway!
