I'm assuming you're doing female fouettes, not male. Make sure that the arm and leg open at the same time. Make sure to keep the working leg turned out and leading the turn. The working leg should be actively opening and pushing into a la seconde during the entire turn (otherwise it will start to sneak into devant).

Also, posture is essential. Make sure your shoulders are over your hip bones and that you're using your abs to keep your torso elongated and held. Don't drop your weight or slump during the plie.

Are you attempting to learn? Practice on the bar with the turns and connections. Place one hand on the bar and the other should be completing the move with your leg. Mock the movement once and turn the second time. This should help on getting them straight.

You may want to do a pique into a fouette, it helps drive momentum when you are starting to learn them. Get's you around the first time, eases the student's stress because they can get into it easier.

Get the coordination of the leg and arm first just standing still. Then start with a pirouette and go through the motions. Spotting is SO important. Also keep your knee up and parallel.

You can break down the motions by looking at a video and going frame by frame. Check it out: http://www.abt.org/education/dictionary/terms/fouette_tournant.html

first of all, you want to make effective your using your plié and not in any respect purely jolting back up and hopping round. which could assist you get more advantageous administration. you also might want to commence through doing 16-32 pirouettes frOm fifth and on the bar, prepare putting you leg contained in the right position and then flow to doing a fouetté at bar ( truly a million) and after going round once, grab carry of the bar and do not assist you to foot drop or over rotate. stability. ( yet you could carry the bar). also make effective your torso isn't lagging. make effective that is sq. along with your hips and not in any respect all loose, make it so it rotates jointly, no longer separate. For the 2d question, attempt doing a turn ( commence w/ stability, then unmarried and proceed on) and touchdown through stoping out on releve. and do not enhance the variety of turns until eventually you get it down. For turns, that is all about upperbody, shoulders down, hands in best position, hips down, shoulders above your hips... An excersice to imcrease the volume of your turns is commence through balancing in a grew to develop into in posse, carry, then attempt to illustrate it out( artwork on staying on stability), carry, then turn back in, then convey your excellent arm down through your area( nevertheless grew to develop into in and on releve), then do the left, carry. that is confusing yet you receives it after practising. yet another one is you position you ft shoulder width aside and do releves( grew to develop into in), do 16 then plie for 4 counts, then pop immediately right into a releve, carry... And repeat. wish this facilitates. it really is how my instructor were given me in to eight pirouettes.
