My house featureas are bellsouth residential phone service..and internet... with dishnetwork as my sat tv provider now once in a really long while my signal will go out n it comes back on automaticly with dish. now bellsouth they charge alot of money bad cus support... but my house phone always work even after wilma i had house phone... + the internet doesn't disconect much... now is comcast really bad i had their cable tv not the internet and they were charging us internet bills which we didnt' have from them and their bill would rise everyday we started at $84.00 and withing 5mo it becaies $120.. tell me are they bad.. also let me know you expieriance with comcast...TY

I hate Comcast. I had sooooo many problems with them. I had their high speed internet at my old home, and for a year, it worked less than half the time and it took, literally, a dozen or so visits over the year (and 4 modems later) to finally realize that some of the actual cable line needed to be replaced. Then of course on top of that headache, they were just waaaaaaay too expensive, so I had to give them the boot.

Well, they are not cheap.
I have Cable, Digital Phone, and Internet access through them, and it runs me around $125 a month. Unlimited long distance though.
I did have some problems with the phone service at one point, they fixed that.
Very, very little down time, and real good Internet speed.
All in all, I have been pleased with them.

i have comcast hi-speed internet... i even pay $10 extra each month for the best speed... for the the last two months it goes down every ten minutes for about a minute... i've had a cable guy out about five times and no fix... i've given up and i just live with it, as they have no competition around here... so if you have a choice avoid comcast!

We have been using Comcast for three years. We don't have anything but praise for their service and their customer service. We've been pleasantly surprised. Good luck.
