Yes,
Do you want to know the cures for this?
1) Get Bust with something you like or dislike extremely. The Activity will draw your focus away from moods swing.
2) Exercise, Good physical activities, will help you focus.
3) Mediate, it takes time to claim down your heart/mind, and help you continue your mood.
Conclusion :Focus Control, You are in charge, not your mood or even your "Friends". or family.
I suspect that you are going thro a period of your life, where you may not know what you want.
Share a secret with you, some people doesn't know what they want till they pass away, but they live happily, as they live every day to the fullest.

Go to the doctor. I did, and it turned out that I was having 'anxiety attacks' where you get the anxiety first then your brain starts giving you reasons to feel that way. I got tabs to lower my heartrate and the random moods stopped. It had something to do with addrenalyn (if that's how you spell it!)

oooooooooh yes, I know what you mean.
I would say go off on your own and do something you enjoy for a little while.
This is usually enough to let you forget whatever it was that originally wound you up and put a smile back on your face.
You can then go back to the rest of the world without biting everyones heads off.

No, but my sister does, it's scary. She has bad pms, but won't admit it. Yoga, cammomile tea, lavender oil, evening primrose oil , the herb valerian all help me. Laughing is good too, watch your favourite comedy or a funny video. And listen to relaxing music.

Yes, you may be depressed. A low dosage of anti-depressants or seeing a therapist or talking to a friend will be best for you. You have to be honest with yourself and ask what is bothering you.

My train of thought does that all the time. I send my patience after it, then I am really in trouble.
