Perhaps, just inability to do more than what they have been programmed for or data fed up.

I don't think there are any. I mean, computers can do anything. We just have to know how to write the software to make them behave how we want.

in what aspects? the cpu? IBM apparently has created a chip that runs at 350GHz at room temperature. 500GHz when it is close to absolute zero.
