I recommend a product called spot shot. It comes in an aerosol can, typically around $4.00, and available at your local grocery store. Often times it's used for removing tough stains in carpeting. I've actually seen it take grape juice out of white carpeting! WAY TOO EASY! Simply spray the spot generously, then using a light colored towel, apply pressure on the stain. Before you know it the ink is soaked into the towel! And for the record - I have tried this on clothes and it works like a champ too!

Saturate with hairspray and scrub with an old tooth brush, If that don't cut it try lestoil and pre treat with the lestoil and wash in the washer with lestoil. Usually the hairspray will work it just takes a little elbow grease. Good Luck

Use rubbing alcohol wipes. That takes ballpoint ink out almost every time, as long as it's not a huge stain or synthetic fabric.
