actually i post my resume one months ago to multi-national company, they assured me that i will be selected , but two months have already gone they didn't even bother to tell whether i will be selected or not.

You need to contact them to ask them. If you haven't heard by now, it's not sounding like it's a definite anymore. Start looking elsewhere.
