A while back i had a spider problem in my truck.My father told me,on the next really hot day roll the windows up and park it where it will get the most sun possible,all day and the heat will kill them.I did and it worked.Good luck.

Use one of those "bug bombs" for roaches in your car with all the windows up doors shut and engine off. Let it fumigate your car for several hours and then let it air out with the windows down for several hours before starting your car.

Bomb it with a pesticide canister. Just be sure to crack the windows or they will surely blow out as those bombs do create lots of pressure.
