The obvious one, the male reproductive organ, I would say yes. For all the people that said no, just think if it was so small it didnt even touch the sides, wouldnt that matter? Exactly.
The cave cant be huge either.
Mammary glands are less important to me, but I know there are those among us that hold the size very high up in their appreciation of a woman.
Basically, size matters in everything, of course it does. That doesnt mean you always want a huge one (consider entire body), or always want a tiny one (use your imagination). Just that extremes are generally considered to be unpleasant.
Everyone has their own wants and needs, so dont worry about your size (of anything), as there will always be someone that apreciates it.

In every aspect the first impression is your size for every case..

It does help, although bigger isn't always better. One guy I knew had a really big one but he didn't know how to work it. My husband now is big but not huge, & he can make me weak in the knees. I think it all depends if he knows what he's doing with it.
