You could download and use Rhapsody, but to burn the music to CD's, you'd have to buy the tracks. They cost around 89 cents per song, or you can usually get the whole album for around $9.00

The only real drawback is that that you have to pay $9.99 a month subscription after a 14 day free trial. There's a way to cheat the system though if you have a SoundBlaster sound card - just set the Recording Input to 'What you hear' open the wave studio, hit record and play the song. Then you can save it as a mp3.

If you're looking for a way to get free MP3's...well, limewire is about the only service I know of that isn't under direct scrutiny by the RIAA. Oh wait, there's always bit torrent...

You can google downloading music and they'll give you a list. I think Kazaa is the best next to limewire.

You could try bitcomet. Are you having probs with limewire cos I find it to be really cool.

Winmx is good too and 360 sharepro.
