How can i create web site?whch software is needed to this in my pc?

There are alot of page/site generators online to generate the HTML code. Alternatively, some webspace providers give you templates to work from - you simply add the content.

If you know a bit about web design, you can download templates and edit them, or write your own source code (this can be done in notepad!). Or you can try a webdesigner program - like Dreamweaver or Frontpage.

You will want to get a web page creating program, like Front Page. This will help you to create the actual pages. There are many free ones available if you do a search for "html editors". If you are looking to just put up a personal page you can do it free and without software, on yahoo or google as already suggested. In case you keen on your very own web space for personal or whatever reasons you would require space on a server, register your (domain)name and wysiwyg html software.
