A woman ovulates about 2 weeks (usually 12-16 days) before her *next* period. Before ovulation, you will have *wet* cervical fluid. If it is wet, you are potentially fertile. If it is wet, clear, and stretchy, you are very fertile. So, if you are seeing wet fluid, now's the time to have sex in order to get pregnant. (If it gets wetter and stretchy, you're even *more* fertile.)
The other possibility is that you are about to have your period (early). In this case, it does *not* indicate fertility.

It could be the begining of a yeast infection...sometimes when you have too much sex with your partner it can happen because men can carry yeast infection but show no symptoms like women do...or it could be becuase you are ovulating late.
