There's a con artist in my former naborhood who begs for money and he makes more money then I ever did for working for others.
He made at least $10 / hr (and no TAXES were ever tooken out of that money, untill he bought something with it LOL).
He's so persistant he gets no my nerves, if he was really homeless he wouldn't be living in an apartment complex that is $589 for rent per month. I saw him numerous times checking his mail box. What's funny is he does his gig about 4 blocks away in the shopping center (I'm surprised no one else has caught him red handed).

Or do odd jobs, like she said above (what no one what's to do but will pay someone else to do for them)...

another thing would be deal drugs (but it's illigal and unethical and will come back to haunt you exspeshally if you have to be in a gang to sell on someones "turf"). People always find some way to "sell" themselves, but this is also a bad idea and is usually the last thing you even think about if you litterally have NOTHING (no cloths, no food, no sleeping place, not one pennie... but if that was the case you should apply for food stamps and other government aid, if you are in the USA)

You can also, sell all of your belongings... if you can part with them (on ebay, gerage sale, ...)

Or just ASK for money (don't pose as a homeless dude), ask parents, friends, ex... then start something with that money to make more money.

Or if you are a college student: hold up a sign that says "college student, NEED money" LOL ;-) I heard this worked in TX.

Do some service that people don't want to do for themselves (lawn cutting, walking dogs, picking up doogy poop, cleaning houses).
