Open up an Anime store or/& theater... no corperations getting on that boat yet, and it's a growing market... AND all of us Anime freaks are just waiting for something like that!!!
You can start a biz and not have to work on the fron line of it (although that'll mean you'll have to pay employees when you open up for bisuness, thus you can't run it alone you'll need a work force).
You WILL have to do paper work... you can get an accountant to do the math/tax stuff if you want to spend more money (other then at tax time).
First things first, make a "Business Plan"
You'll know what to do from there.
::: Peace :::
P.S.
If you don't have much money stored away, go with an online store and start with affiliates (plus you will most likely not need alot of employees, or maybe none at all for this), from there work your biz up... always start small.
And yes you WILL have to work with others NO matter what.
If you don't like working with other people then I'd sugest you take what little money you have and become a venture capitalist (that's the closes thing to biz ownership with out doing ANY real work and not having to always interact with people, even though it's a plus if you do LOL)... personally I think venture capitalists are scum.... but that's just me.

Well, I say you officialy shouldn't open a business. Unless you have about $30,000 plus sitting around for even the smallest of businesses, a love for very long hours (11-13 a day), and a love of accounting - personal business is out for you. You can't just walk in and say "Hey, I own a business now". It takes some serious cash and commitment.
Now as far as the big corporations thing goes: They aren't looking for people to open jobs so that they can crush them. Big corps are just the progression of someone starting their own place and having it grow to something larger.

First off, I would classify myself as between minarchist libertarian and anarcho-capitalist, but your question is one of the reasons why I don't make a jump toward the anarcho camp. I would have to say that in an anarcho-capitalist society, privatized security agencies (PSA I will use) would end up competing in localized areas and regions and probably what would end up happening is that 2 or maybe 3 would end up surviving after the initial set up (public agencies abolished) in a typical medium populated area. Regarding your example: there would actually have to be some laws set up to handle disputes between the PSAs in cases such as this, which will inevitably arise. There would have to be privatized arbitration courts to handle claims against property. So, for example, what could have developed is a contract between PSAs "A" and "B: which would have ruled any dispute over claims against property rights are settled by one agency being allowed to search another's property under the agreement if certain sufficient evidence is produced to suspect a property crime. Otherwise, the search is not allowed and if violated, the property owner can sue for damages if they search his property by force. Or in case of dispute, there will be a civil case to determine what is to done in a certain privatized arbitration court. The complications of such a system are what keeps me in the valley between libertarian miniarchism and anarcho capitalism. This could also apply to national defense, country borders and seas, and even public roads and highways. Not that it can't be done, but many problems and confusions arise and it is difficult to resolve many situations without a "state", even though the 'state' more times than not doesn't do a very good job.

I don't think it would be a good idea, unless you have changed how you feel about dealing with people. You would have to interact with your employees and with the customers. A new business also means long hours, and most of the time for the first year you loose money. You would need to think long and hard about it. It may also be a good idea to see if you could find a partner.
