I don't think England and Germany can meet except in the final or the third/fourth place play-off.

if they both keep winning in will be 66 over again the final and maybe we will have 2 world wars and 2 world cups. but i doubt that with lack of john terry and campbell in defence or were they i think they think there strikers.
