That's the way God made us, and it's beautiful! In some parts of Africa, girls pull them a little more, because it hightens sensitivity during sex, and also acts excellently for foreplay, men love it there!

It's not uncomfortable for a guy. Guys will, when drunk and not in the presence of women, joke about protruding labii just like you would joke about a guy with a penis that was slightly different from standard issue.
In my very humble experience, the more evident the bits and pieces you have down there, the more fun you are in bed!

Yes, men like them. I don't know why they hang down exept maybe to draw attention : ) It should not be uncomfortable unless there is a condition like yeast infection or other STD's.
