It's a process by which you start chatting with someone, find out you have quite a lot in common, and before you know it, you're so looking forward to chatting with that person you're neglecting sleep, food, personal hygiene, etc.....
You convince yourself you're 'in love', and you arrange to meet. This is when the bubble bursts, when you find you can't stand each other's company......
