I think there are two in Hollywood. One on Sunset near Vine and one on Hollywood Blvd near Highland. I have been to the one on Sunset. The food is pretty good, but there are better non-chain restaurants in Hollywood.

Baja Fresh is a chain (now owned by Wendys) that started in Southern California, and has spread. It's sort of a "Fresh-Mex" fast food concept----higher end than Taco Bell, not quite a sit down Mexican restaurant. I eat there about once a week.

I've had Baja Fresh a lot. But I like it third to Chipotle and Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill.

it's not bad but it's kinda expensive for what you get. There are much nicer places in Hollywood to eat!
