I want to study SQL but should I go for Query generation learning or Administrating learning?which one is more beneficial?

they are not mutually exclusive, before learning how to administrate, you should know how to structure proper queries.
I would suggest reading this book, it is kind of dull, but it is a great refrence

both - a database administrator who can't write queries is a waste of space
