Well chances are you are not going to give him the bacteria that causes the bladder infection..But it is highly recommend that you not have intercourse while being treated for the UTI or bladder infection..first you probably don't feel like having sex, second you need to rest and let the medication work, third our anatomy is so close together in our private area that you can cause an occurrence of more infection..fourth, you should have a re exam and have your urine retested after you finish your medication or if not improving see the doctor again.

I would not have sex til the infection is cleared up as it may aggravate it in you, as the openings (for want of a better word) are close together in a woman it could make you really sore with all that friction.

Dont have sex when you have any kind of infection yes he could get it,and it may also prolong the infection
