I began having a proble with mine this morning... I downloaded yahoo messenger 7.5 and now I keep loosing it..... yahoo messenger keeps going on and off every few minutes. Also, a friend of mine has been having a problem with it when he tries to sign in.... it takes a very long time to sign in.

A lot of people are having problems with Yahoo messenger. Let's hope Yahoo will do something about it...

YES. I am having similar problems, as well as four other friends of mine, and a friend who lives eight hundred miles away. We are getting knocked off yahoo messenger all of a sudden, and I got the same error 999 message. Something is going on with the yahoo server, it's not your PC

Yes. There's no problem with the internet nor does the other Yahoo! services. Just Yahoo! Messenger.

i was having probelms signing in this morning to check my email, and now YIM is going really slow to signing in. Alot is slow today...i wonder why?!?!

most of yahoo networks is having problem now.
don't worry, i still having problems with most of yahoo services, like IM and mail.
