when i going to start down loading of yahoo massanger with voice my pc is getting sutt down why ?

-restart your computer
-don't let other programs running while you download yahoo messenger
-eventually try downloading it from other website like downloads.com or softpedia.com

most of yahoo networks is having problem now.
don't worry, i still having problems with most of yahoo services, like IM and mail.
