Superman. Although Spiderman may posses some powers that are similar to the Man odf Steel, Superman to me is the better Superhero of all time.

Spider-Man. Heres why. Superman is too perfect. too many powers.They both go into a burning building to save people. No worries for Superman because he can't be hurt, But Spiderman still does it in order to help people even though he can get hurt.He's more of a hero for that reason.
Same anwer applies to Spider-man and a firefighter.A FireFighter is more of a hero because he can get killed but he still does it.

Many years ago there was a Marvel / DC jointly produced comic about a battle between Superman and Spiderman. Their fight ended in a draw.
However, if I was Superman, I woulda turned on the heat vision and roasted the darned spider.

I'd have to say superman...He has better powers! I like spider-man too, but in a fight I think superman would win! Not to mention superman is an older comic!
