Effective for what?
Looking away from the computer screen to a distant object about once an hour or more is a very good idea. It limits the amount of eyestrain. Looking around to the four corners of your field of view will help keep the muscles active.
Nystamgus (weak muscle on one side that causes the eye to shake as it tries to track) is an effective exercise. Take a pen and see how close you can go to your face before it becomes 2. Move it back to the point where it becomes 1 and back.
Nearsightedness or farsightedness have some effect.

So they tell me, any exercise is effective in helping improve the circulation witch pumps fresh blood through the smallest of blood vessels in our bodys, witch r found in the eye.

I recently started doing eye exercises to improve my vision. I am seeing some improvements, which is great encouragement to continue.

I created a website and a blog so that people can follow my progress. Check it out...
