It irritates me and i want it removed... is there a do it yourself method or is it essential to go to the doctor... I am hyper lazy!!!

Its been on for a couple of years and since i fiddled with it its grown a bit bigger than it originally was... I am not unclean by any male standard! Just lazy to take an appointment with a surgeon n get it sliced! I wish there was a tablet or lotion i could use in my room!!

OK, get yourself a silver dime, that being a coin of the 1964 or before. It will cost you about 50 cents. Wash your dime thoroughly, I mean clean it well. Soak in water for a few minutes, then tape it to your bum, right over the sist and let it be. If you can put a wet cotton ball between the dime and the sist it will be gone sooner. Wet means use clean water. Give it 3 weeks, and don't fiddle with it or touch it with dirty hands or clean hands for that matter, let the wet dime do the work and by week three your sist will be hist-o-ree!

Sounds like a very gross thing...no, sounds like a boil, maybe caused from an ingrown hair. Be sure to really clean everything really well that your bum touches especially the bathtub and the bed. How long have you had it. Stop being hyper lazy, man! Go do something! You're only bringing yourself down! Work! Work! Work! Okay, do you feel motivated yet? Also, clean yourself with a loofah sponge and don't use fragranced soap. Aleve Original or Dove original are good. Hope your bum clears.

Go in and get it removed. I had one that was tiny I figured it would go away. In two days it was the size of a golf ball and hurt so bad I couldnt move. Just make an appt and get it removed now.

leave it alone for a week and see if it pops itself. Otherwise you have to go to a doctor and have it lanced.
