you cannot download from internet the exe of internet explorer if you have no other medium to interact with the internet (like firefox, opera etc.)
you do not want to use CD (for the reasons best known to you only)
therefore, following are the:
few tips (case sensitive):
1. search for the 'dump' of ie.exe in your computer; or
2. switch off your computer and go back to cell phone

Internet Explorer 7.0 (IE7.0) is now available - as is IE6 to download from the Microsoft Website.
Just unistall any remaining components from your PC and run the setup program =o)

Use internet explorer to install firefox, disinstall internet explorer, use firefox to go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ to download internet explorer, install it.

scrap Internet explorer. Use Mozilla Firefox, it is far more better than IE. You can download from http://www.mozilla.com/products/

in case you deleted it think about wrecked your probabilities of re-installation. you should have used upload and get rid of classes. this could have left IE6 in position. attempt going to the Microsoft website and downloading IE6 or 7. you're fortunate.

install it via d wesite of microsoft,dat way u install it directly and u wont need a cd
