Giacomo left this week due to his complete ineptitude (he couldn't light a stove for crying out loud). Chef Ramsey really had nothing nice to say to/about him.

The men voted for the Jersey guy to go but Chef sent Giacomo home. He said because Giacomo can't cook so how can he have a resturant.
