i've been asking and asking, but everyone tells me to put it on a balance scale. THERE'S NO SCALE BIG ENOUGH FOR A CAR!

weight = mass x gravity

so...

weight / gravity = mass

the gravitational constant on earth is approx. 9 m/s^2

first i would like 2 tell u that the differece between mass and weight . weight is the is the force and mass is the content present inside the body here 1800 kg.,, (kg is the unit of mass) hence mass is 1800kg. and weight is 180 newton (weight=mass\accceration due to gravity{9.8or10meter/secondsquare} ). balance scale is used to measure weight of the body whose unit is newton.so never dare to use balance scale to measure mass its wrong xxxxx

The unit u have given i s mass ie in kg's :

so its weight is 1800*9.81.
