I don't know how old you are, what grade your in. but the basic law of an essay is to make your statement or argument in the first paragraph. support your statement with facts in the next three paragraphs and conclude your argument in the last one. You might be able to look on the DMV(Department of Motor Vehicles) website for some answers. hope this helps.

I don't know the site but i could help you thoroughly. 1.There should be awareness among people about driving rules. 2.Laws should be strict about traffic signals. 3.Set up of traffic signal should be on every four sided road. 4.Maximum speed of vehicle should be remained. 5.Stop using mobile and other stuff while driving. 6.Give a signal on which way you are turning. 7.Wait for other car to pass and then by looking if no car is coming move on your car. 8.Keep in your lane.

You could start by asking yourself how you avoid accidents - What precautions do you take? Then look at the question from the point of view of both drivers, pedestrians & cyclists.
Maybe consider alternatives to using the roads - (train etc)
Hope this helps

List an idea like "don't drink and drive", then find an example of a drunk driving accident. Then list another idea like "wear seatbelts" and find an accident where a car rolled over, or someone got thrown out of the car. Teachers like to see examples.
