Shouldn't we flood Iraq with millions of troops? Is Bush irresponsible? Does his own service in the National Guard during Vietnam have something to do with this?

No offense to you, but you really need to read more books, modern warfare is vastly different from previous conflict, especially for a high-tech military like US military, it requires much more training, much more matures on the side of the average soldiers, average 19 years old high-school graduate simply can't not meet the requirement, and Iraq is not the most important war ever, I don't recall anybody has ever made that statement, it's not worth the re-installment of draft, and in the foreseeable future, there is no war that will need draft, for smaller countries, America military has more than enough strength to crush them, for great powers, the number of troops is not important when the end game is nuclear exchange.

It is not the most important war ever. On the contrary, it is not even needed. The war on terror is not a localized event that centers on any one geographical location. That in part has been the problem all along. A military only application is not going to work. This has many layers to it, economic, diplomatic, religious, territorial, etc.
There are no easy answers here, the military is trying to work to the best of it's ability. They are doing what they have been trained to do and do it very well. But sending in the army is not going to solve the problem. Granted, there are some bad guys that need to be dealt with but that by itself is not going to be the solution. We have to think outside the box and develop some dynamic applications that are multi-faceted and more effective.

Bush should be out there in Iraq leading the troops, that would be a good example and there wouldn't be any need to issue a draft.
