I confess to having slapped my boyfriend backhand across the face once for really egregiously raising his voice at me.
On the other hand, one of the weirdest situations I've ever been in in my life was when I met a guy at a party in college, he invited me back to his place, we're talking, necking a bit, all of a sudden he says: 'Hit me!' No, I didn't do it :>

Men need to satand up, too. Domestic violence is domestic violence reguardless of who is doing the hitting. ALL dv victims need to stand up and say no more!
If women can be firefighters and truck drivers, guys can stand up for their rights against violence.

im not frightened... and never got hit by my gf either...
other then from some female friends and other ladies that i know... appently i asked for it... dont remember asking "plz hit me"...
nothing too painfull though... got hit on my hips by another girls hips, and i nearlly fell off on the road...
and one other was when i made small comment on their friend... i didnt say anything bad.... and the last one...
one girl sat on my legs while i was relaxing on the couch from long day, and she just ran to other couch and sat, so i sat on her legs, and she bit me... her teeth mark was on my back...
