will the company avoid the bonus if an employee under probation period eventhough perfomed well?

yes! they will say that because you are still in your probation period that they have to wait unitl it end to do an accurate evaluation on your work....the when the period is over they say well "sorry you have to wait till next year"

ours does.i was up for a raise and the boss wrote me up 3 times.so i think he just didnt want to give me my lousy 50 cent extra.
