Do not get discouraged. Try till you succeed. You will learn a lot through the unsuccessful interviews too. Try fill in those gaps and attend the next interview with confidence. Be honest in your answers. As a hotel management person you need to have good skills on the language. Try and improve that.

Your question has a lot of spelling errors. It is "interviews" and not repeat not "intervives". So, check the spelling of the words and correct yourself.
Probably you are a Kashmiri. Kashmiris have the tendency of feeling themselves somewhat superior to others. In that case your approach at the interviews may be "patronising" or "imposing" towards the interviewer.
Sometims the luck also plays a part.

Firstly i just wanted to ask you is are you confident in atteneding interviews at this time because when you are planning to go for interviews you should be prepared with your subject, presentation and communications skills.You should project the right attitude of showing that you can do the job with perfection. You should be enthusiastic and energetic. Then you see you will get through all your interviews easily.

Try learning proper language techniques, such as capitalization, punctuation, grammar and spelling.
When you appear intelligent, intelligent people will respond.
When you appear unintelligent, intelligent people will avoid contact with you.
