Aragron was my favorite but I am partial to elves too. Frodo was given a place on the last ship leaving because he no longer seemed to fit in Middle Earth. Bilbo, Gandalf, and Elrond were leaving too. It was a sort of honor for what he had done. The book ends this way too.
I was so pleased with these movies. I read the books years ago and wondered if anyone would ever cast them just right.

Frodo replace into given between the main suitable honors that must be bestowed upon a hobbit. He replace into allowed to flow the gray Havens the place elves flow while they are waiting to flow away this worldwide. i think it truly is a metaphor for death with the aid of fact elves are immortal so why else could they decide for to flow away center earth except it replace into to die? additionally there is no getting back from there so yeah I cried yet he replace into going to a extra clever place after all the suffering he'd continued to ruin the ring.

Frodo is my favourite, I'm a huge fan of both the books & the movies. I always cry when Frodo leaves at the end, but he has to go to heal himself.

from the books and the movies Boromir was my favorite character He was such a noble kingly man who was tempted by the ring like so many but he won over the temptation and died trying to save the other hobbits and he was a badass that left a pile of orcs dead before he died and i did enjoy the ending very fitting to Jackson's overall vision of the movies

My favorite character is Eowyn; I wish I could be more like her but I'm just very weapon-oriented. I love swords.
The ending was wonderful. Made me cry really hard and only three movies made me cry: The Lord of the Rings trilogy. YES! DUH!
But I'm a Ringer...so you must excuse me.

Legolas the Elf played by Orlando Bloom.
He was so skilled with the bow and arrow...sexy the way he handled it too. He had a good control of his feelings and never complained. He was very loyal.
Plus, he was Fantastically Gorgeous.
