Yes. new rule says all marriages have to be registered, no matter what faith you belong to

Currently it is not but it is advisable to register. The Govt is drafting a Law to make marriage registration compulsory.

yes atleast under ur relious laws. other wise u mite face problems later on for any kind of certification requirement.
