hamster can eat oily things like biskuit?

well, they eat semi-oily things like sunflower seeds and such...so its not a problem to occasionally feed your hamster a treat like biskuit.:-)
I dont know about the ice cream though...

Sure - they only live appox 3 years so let them live it up. Years ago I had gerbils and fed them ice cream off a stick and meat and they loved it.
