I have moved the 3 weights, altered the eyball direction in the return flow, speeded up and slowed down the suction rate. NOTHING works, and the company I bought it from, QikDip in the UK won't take the product back, which I find incredible, as I simply cannot make the device work. It just floats around the shallow end in the same path all the time, not cleaning up the muck at the bottom of the deep end. Driving me crazy ! HELP.

Unfortunately, that is a recurring problem with that type of cleaner. Try to call the manufacturer and see if they can get you a piece to it that can help you out. It may be under warranty

We had the same problem and it turns out that the pump was not BIG ENOUGH to propel the kreepy krawly to the other end. So......$600Aussie Dollars later, and a new pool pump, we have a clean pool.
